Pisco and lemon juice or fruit juice you can make a variety of drinks. You can drink pure Pisco, or with ice, or with a few drops of lemon juice or you can

1 serving size of Pisco 4-5 ice cubes Tonic water
|
Mix the ingredients in a
glass. Decorate with a lemon
round slice on the rim.

Chilcano |
1 serving size of Pisco Chopped ice Tonic water
|
Mix the ingredients in a
glass. Add few drops of
lemon juice
|

Capitan |
1 serving size of
Pisco 1 serving size of
red Vermouth Ice
|
In a mixing glass serve the
Pisco, add the red Vermouth
and mix with a spoon bar, add
ice and round orange slice.
Decorate with a cherry on the
rim.

Pisco Sour |
3 serving size of
Pisco 1 serving size of
lemon juice 1 serving size of
syrup sugar 14 small ice cubes Few drops of Bitter
Angostura 1 egg white

Mix all the ingredients in
a blender. To serve the drink
use small glasses with the rims
previously "frosted"
with a mix of sugar and egg
white. Add a few drops
of Bitter Angostura and a pinch
of powder cinnamon.

|

sweet mint 1 round lemon slice Chopped ice
|
Mix all the ingredients in
a glass

|
2 serving sizes
of Pisco 2 serving sizes
of condensed milk 15 big strawberries 6 small ice cubes

Mix all the ingredients in
a blender and serve in big glasses.

Coctel de Algarrobina |
2 serving sizes
of Pisco 1 serving size of
Algarrobina 1 serving size of
evaporated milk 1 egg yolk 6 small ice cubes
|
Mix the egg yolk, add milk
and the rest of the ingredients.
Sprinkle powder cinnamon
and serve.
